Jr. Horses are 5 and Under and Sr. Horse 6 and Over. Birthdate is January 1 for all horses (ex: foal born in June 2005 is considered a yearling as of Jan.1 2006).                                 

Snaffle bits and bosals may be used for Jr. Horses only

Maiden horse is a horse that has not won first place in that class.

Walk/Trot classes are for green horses or riders only. No cross over of walk/ trot to lope classes.

Riders may not cross enter 17 and under into 6-10 walk/trot classes.

Ribbons to be given out to 6th place.

Management has the option to combine classes if classes are too small.

Youth ages are determined by the age of youth on January 1, 2007.

Jack Benny Classes are for 39 and over. ( not the horse!)

Class 2 will not start earlier than 9:15 am

High Point Buckles to be given to 6-10, 17 and under and 18 and over age divisions. Must show at all three shows to be eligible for high points. Classes to count for HP 6-10: 8, 15, 26, 29 and halter; 17 and under: 4, 9, 16, 22, 27, 30 and halter; 18 and over: 5, 10, 17, 23, 28, 31 and halter. All high points are determined on one horse/one rider combination. High Point to yearling with most points in classes 14, 18, 19. Follow APHA rules for in hand trail, www.apha.com. Must show in halter to be eligible for high points. Points will be 6 for first, 5 for second, 4 for third, and so on. If there are less than six in a class the points will slide so if there are 3 in a class first will receive 3 points and second 2 points, third 1 point.

Concessions will be provided.

Entries must be postmarked by April 10, 2007 for April show. A late fee of $5.00 will be added to all late entries.

Fees:  One rider/horse combination is $35.00 for the day. Each additional horse per rider is an extra $5.00. Classes are $6.00 each if less than 6 classes are entered.

Directions: The Circle L arena is located on Spain Bridge Road, Bozeman. Take the 19^th Avenue exit from I 90 (Costco is south) and head North. Take a right onto Springhill Road heading north. Turn left onto Airport Road and then right onto Spain Bridge Road or the next  left onto Penwell Bridge Road then left onto Spain Bridge Road. The arena is white metal..

Part of the arena will be sectioned off so you may bring your horses into the heated arena if the weather turns bad.

Waiver: In consideration of my participation in the above event, I, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby release the Circle L Arena, its members, and sponsors, from any responsibility for injury to me, my stock, or my equipment during my participation in the above event, and from ever collecting damages for the above risks or actions taken in connection with the above event.
